Classic Elegance, True Love

Dr.'s Judith and George fell in love in med school and still have that new love glow about them. I truly enjoyed working with them as well as her family. We crafted the look and utilized some of my favorite vendors to achieve their perfect day. The bride and groom wanted a classic, romantic, timeless feel for their day which we achieved using blushes, champagnes, lace, and blush accents. The ceremony was held at the Brown Faculty Club, the bride's father's allmamater, the reception took place at the historic Hope Club on the east side of Providence.

From the Bride and Groom;

"I had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlyn! I was living out of state while planning the wedding, and Kaitlyn was an incredibly responsible person to have in charge. She recommended an array of vendors that she knew were trustworthy and would give us a great price, arranged meetings with the vendors (and even took some of the meetings without me when I couldn't make it!),  and responded to all of my questions within just a few minutes. She is very detail-oriented and will make sure that everything is perfect. She also has wonderful taste, and could make recommendations when I wasn't sure what to do with design elements. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her -- she made me very comfortable and definitely lowered my stress level through the whole process because I knew I was in good hands." Dr. Judith Anesi

Fun with a Touch of Glam

Savannah & Mike are a fun loving couple with great taste! The day was full of unique touches (Rorschach test table numbers anyone?) and glam fashion (who doesn't love a great pair of Louboutins?) Set in the old world elegance of the Hope Club, the couple said their vows in the perfectly appointed courtyard with cocktails following. The party continued late into the night.

From the Bride and Groom:

"Hiring Kaitlyn as a day-of-coordinator for our wedding was the best decision I made during my planning process. I was able to relax during my special day knowing Kaitlyn was there to make sure every detail was in place (and that my glass always had champagne in it!). She coordinated with all of the vendors and made sure everything looked exactly as I imagined it! She really understood the vibe I was going for and offered dozens of amazing suggestions to make our wedding the most beautiful day of our lives. We were so happy to have her there to guide us through both our ceremony and reception. It wouldn’t have been the same without her professional knowledge. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning any meaningful event. With Kaitlyn’s help, it will be exactly what you dreamt it to be!" Savannah and Mike McSheffrey

Rhode Island Flavor, Historic Setting

Christie & Micah were a great couple to work with! They're energy and love for each other were infectious!! They had wanted to incorporate many of the familiar touches that Rhode Island is known for, anchors, sailing, the beach, etc. The Hope Club on the historic east side of Providence offered the perfect setting for the nautical themed fete.

From the bride:

"Kaitlyn was the Event Planner for my wedding last June. I honestly don't think I would have been able to do it without her! She referred to me almost every single one of my vendors and catered my style and personality in line with theirs so it was flawless. On the wedding day, Kaitlyn was by my side from getting ready with my wedding dress mishap, to the church, to the reception. She made it stress free and truly was a huge part in the best day of my life!" - Christie Jenks
